Reconstitution

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) for short-term laboratory storage. Direct the diluent down the side of the vial rather than onto the lyophilized cake, then swirl gently until fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously. Storage

Store the lyophilized vial at −20°C, desiccated and protected from light. After reconstitution, store at 2–8°C and use within 14–30 days, depending on stability data for the specific sequence. Aliquot at the time of reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
